Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any bonuses or winnings derived from multi-account activity will be cancelled without recourse.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10wln username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 10wln will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
You must notify 10wln immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 10wln will not be liable for any losses — including loss of funds, bonuses, or accumulated loyalty points — arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.
As part of its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer frameworks, 10wln is required to verify the identity of its account holders. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered during the normal course of account activity. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address not older than three months. Additional documentation may be requested at 10wln's discretion.
Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 10wln may have their withdrawal functionality suspended. Continued failure to cooperate with KYC requests may result in account closure and referral to relevant regulatory authorities.
An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 10wln reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to Rs. 500 to inactive accounts once the inactivity threshold has been reached, subject to applicable law. 10wln will provide advance written notice to the email address on file before any inactivity fee is applied. An account balance that reaches zero will be closed. Reactivation of an account closed due to inactivity requires contacting 10wln support.
10wln accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the approved payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of transaction, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the 10wln platform. 10wln does not operate as a banking service. Deposits that are not used within a reasonable period may be subject to the inactivity provisions described in Section 3.3.

All transactions on the 10wln platform for Pakistani players are conducted in PKR. Where a player's selected payment method transacts in a different currency, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will apply. 10wln is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

In the event of a discrepancy between the visual display of a game and the underlying game engine result, the game engine result shall prevail. 10wln shall not be liable for any losses arising from such discrepancies where the game engine has operated correctly.
In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game's internal state at the time of the interruption, as recorded on 10wln's servers. 10wln's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure described in the Contact section of this Agreement.
Bets placed on sporting events through the 10wln sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as published on the platform. 10wln reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected on the relevant market.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10wln platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
All content on the 10wln platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 10wln or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 10wln platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of 10wln content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wln's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 10wln platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 10wln account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10wln shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses — even if 10wln has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The 10wln platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 10wln does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all 10wln services.

You may close your 10wln account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active bonus terms must be resolved. Account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.
10wln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that: you have breached any provision of this Agreement; your continued use of the platform presents a risk of harm to 10wln, other players, or third parties; your account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.
Upon termination by 10wln for cause, any bonus funds or winnings associated with the breach of this Agreement will be forfeited. Verified deposits of genuine funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the payment source where technically feasible.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10wln holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
In the event of a dispute relating to your 10wln account, you should first contact the 10wln support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 10wln's licensing authority. 10wln will cooperate fully with any such dispute resolution process.
10wln reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. When material amendments are made, 10wln will provide registered account holders with reasonable advance notice via the email address on file. Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without specific notice and will take effect upon publication.
Your continued use of the 10wln platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Closing your account in response to an amendment will not entitle you to any compensation beyond the return of your verified deposit balance.
